Dosing for Alcoholic Fermentation:
- 1.0–3.5 Kg/tn (must)
- 0.5–2.0 Kg/metric tn (total grape mass, red winemaking)
Dosing for Maturation:
- 0.6–2.0 Kg/tn of wine
Recommended contact time: up to 6 months. In cases of short contact time or if the wine is to be used as a base wine in a blend, it is suggested to use high dosages (around 2.0 Kg/tn).
