The adhesive gauze dressings consist of a transparent, elastic polyurethane membrane and are equipped with hypoallergenic polyacrylic glue. The layer that comes in contact with the wound, which does not stick to the wound, is covered on all sides by the membrane. The membrane protects the wound from the penetration of pathogenic microorganisms. It is waterproof, yet permeable to vapors. Therefore, the patient can manage their daily body care without soaking the dressing. The transparent membrane allows for assessment of the moisture condition of the contact layer with the wound without removing the dressing. The dressings are individually packaged in sterile packaging.
