Instructions for measuring blood pressure at home: For good measurements, avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising immediately beforehand. Maintain a relaxed posture with the arm resting loosely alongside the body. The cuff should be at the same height as the heart. Ensure that the arm does not move during the measurement. Wait 4-5 minutes between successive measurements.
The ideal blood pressure for healthy adults is below 120 for systolic and below 80 for diastolic. Values above 140 for systolic and above 90 for diastolic are considered hypertension. Individuals with values between 120-139 for systolic and/or 85-89 for diastolic are considered to have borderline hypertension and should regularly monitor their blood pressure.

We went to the doctor and when measured, her pressure was 11 while the blood pressure monitor showed 17.2. The next day we went to the pharmacy, pressure was 13.4, the blood pressure monitor showed 18.6. After a month of suffering and putting my mother's health at risk, I would advise you not to buy it. The 1 star was given because it is mandatory, otherwise it won't let you publish, but otherwise it deserves minus 250 stars.
