Dietary supplement Sueño Gummies+, sugar-free, combining 1.95mg of melatonin + melotime™* and contributes to the improvement of sleep, for a sleep duration of up to 8 hours. 

* Melotime™ is an extended-release melatonin that recreates the sleep pattern with melatonin. It allows you to continue maintaining adequate melatonin levels throughout the night (up to 8 hours) and reduce nighttime awakenings.

Active Ingredients

  • Helps you fall asleep thanks to melatonin*
  • Promotes sleep quality, thanks to California poppy
  • Also contains Vitamin B6, Lemon Balm, and Passionflower

* Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Dosology

Take a gummy half an hour before going to bed.

Composition

The product is based on 1.95 mg of melatonin + Melotime™, 100 mg of lemon balm extract, 25 mg of passionflower extract, 25 mg of California poppy extract, 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value).

    Despite the very good combination of ingredients listed (at least on the label), it failed to give me -by any means- the "8 hours of continuous sleep" it promises. Not even when I took a double dose. I note, to be clear and fair, that I have a serious anxiety issue, previously and depression. In lighter situations, it may be effective, but not for me at all.
