Thermal Grizzly Putty Advance TG Putty, thermally conductive gap filler material 100 g (TG-P-A-100-R). It is an electrically non-conductive and flexible alternative to conventional thermal pads, compensating for height differences from 0.2 to 3.0 mm. It is applied with the included spatulas or by hand; gloves are recommended. It is suitable for VRAM and SMD. The TG Putty Advance version offers good thermal conductivity. For smaller graphics cards, approximately one 30-gram package is required, while larger cards may need about two 30-gram packages. Note: It is not suitable for processors (IHS or Direct Die) or for direct application to the GPU die. Before application, thoroughly clean and degrease the surface, for example with isopropyl alcohol.
