This particular Code Compilation has been structured in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 29240 oik./21-05-2025, jointly issued by the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, and the Minister of Justice (Government Gazette 23/23-05-2025/ASEP) entitled: "Announcement of a competition for admission to the National School of Judicial Officers for trainees who are to fill positions of judicial employees, in the categories of University Education (PE), Technological Education (TE), and Secondary Education (DE), at the Council of State, the Court of Audit, Civil and Criminal Courts, Prosecutor’s Offices, and Regular Administrative Courts" and the syllabus of the subjects examined in the 4th Entrance Examination for Candidate Students for Admission to the National School of Judicial Officers for trainees who are to fill positions of judicial employees.
