I got it for my wife to replace a Lenovo of the same category that had reached the end of its life. For Office and web use, it is more than enough. All win11 updates as well as ASUS updates (drivers, BIOS update) were installed without particular difficulty. Office 365, Acrobat, Dropbox (+5GB files), Thunderbird, Total Commander, ACDSee viewer, and 3-4 other small control applications were installed. After all that, half the disk was filled and 60GB remained free, which is more than enough for my wife. She hardly needs 10GB.
In terms of speed, it is OK, memory also OK (as I said, office and www). It doesn't make noise, only once during a big update did the fan make a sound. The screen is nothing special, just a simple LED - you have to be relatively in front of it to see a good picture (I say this as someone who always uses IPS panels - my wife did not complain). It's matte, just as I wanted.
I had to buy an adapter (a universal one for 12€). A store that sells a device with a weird plug, in my opinion, is obliged to tell you so you can also get an adapter. I had to run out at night...
Its plastics look good, it appears premium, but I think fingerprints are left easily (this is the only negative so far - maybe it's also the dark color's fault). It says it has silver ions in the plastic which significantly limits the multiplication of microbes!!!
The numeric keypad on the touchpad is also a good feature - it is activated with a button in the corner of the touchpad. It will probably be unnecessary but it's a smart addition - I hadn't seen it on other laptops.
The battery, with the screen at 50% during installations and updates, would last 4-5 hours. Later, when I lowered it to 30%, fully charged and using the web, it gave a forecast of 7+ hours. Very good.
The keyboard does not have Greek characters. I bought a set of stickers and put on the most necessary ones (ΨΩΘΞς and colon/question mark on Q)

The touchpad recognizes gestures for zoom in, zoom out (like on mobile phones), catch and drag, double finger scroll, drag'n'drop, and 4-5 more!
It has a setting to charge 20%-80% for longer battery life.

Το πήρα για τη γυναίκα μου σε αντικατάσταση ενός Lenovo ίδιας κατηγορίας που έφαγε τα ψωμιά του. Για χρήση Office και web είναι υπέραρκετό. Μπήκαν όλα τα Updates win11 καθώς και τα της ASUS (drivers, BIOS update) χωρίς ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία. Μπήκε Office 365, acrobat, Dropbox (+5GB αρχεία), Thunderbird, Total Commander, ACDSee viewer, και 3-4 άλλες μικροεφαρμογές ελέγχου. Μετά από όλα αυτά ο μισός ο δίσκος γεμισε και έμειναν 60GB ελεύθερα που για τη σύζυγο είναι υπέρ αρκετά. Ζήτημα να χρειάζεται τα 10GB.
Από ταχύτητα είναι ΟΚ, η μνήμη επίσης ΟΚ (είπαμε, office και www). Δεν κάνει φασαρία, μια φορά σε ένα μεγάλο update ακούστηκε το fan. H οθόνη δεν είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο, απλή led - πρέπει να είσαι σχετικά απέναντι για να δεις την καλή εικόνα (τα λέω εγώ που είμαι μόνιμα σε IPS panel - η σύζυγος δεν παραπονέθηκε). Είναι ματ, όπως την ήθελα.
Χρειάστηκε να αγοράσω αντάπτορα (έναν universal στα 12€). Κατάστημα που πουλάει συσκευή με περίεργο φις κατ εμέ υποχρεούται να στο πει για να πάρεις και αντάπτορα. Έτρεχα νύχτα ώρα...
Τα πλαστικά του είναι εμφανίσημα, δείχνει premium, αλλά μένουν δαχτυλιές εύκολα νομίζω (αυτό είναι το μόνο αρνητικό ως τώρα - ίσως φταίει και το σκούρο χρώμα). Λέει ότι έχει ιόντα από silver στο πλαστικό το οποίο περιορίζει σημαντικά τον πολλαπλασιασμό μικροβίων!!!
Καλή φάση και το αριθμητικό πληκτρολόγιο πάνω στο touchpad - ενεργοποιείται με button στη γωνία του touchpad. Αχρείαστο θα είναι αλλά έξυπνη προσθήκη - δεν το είχα ξαναδεί σε άλλα laptops.
Η μπαταρία με την οθόνη στο 50% στη φαση των εγκαταστάσεων και των updates θα έβγαζε 4-5 ώρες. Μετά που την κατέβασα στο 30% πλήρως φορτισμένο σε χρήση www εδινε πρόγνωση για 7+ ώρες. Μια χαρά.
To πληκτρολόγιο δεν έχει ελληνικούς χαρακτήρες. Αγόρασα ένα σετ αυτοκόλητα και έβαλα τα πολύ απαραίτητα (ΨΩΘΞς και άνω-κάτω τελεία με ερωτηματικό στο Q)
