Wonderful protein in terms of solubility and taste (Chocolate). But...it contains trans fat. If you look at the label, it says "partially hydrogenated coconut oil." For this reason alone, I give it 2 stars; normally, I would give it 1 because we don't play with our health, not even for fun. If it didn't have trans fat, I would give it a solid 5.
Υπέροχη πρωτεϊνη απο άποψη διαλυτότητας και γεύσης (Σοκολάτα). Αλλά...περιέχει trans fat. Αν δείτε την ετικέτα γράφει "partially hydrogenated coconut oil". My review clearly concerns the Dark chocolate flavor. ATTENTION the protein is 18g per serving, even though it is mentioned above in the description as 21. I checked on the official site and saw that only this particular flavor has less protein (and a bit more fat).
As a flavor, it is incredible, both with water and milk. However, I don't know if at this price it's worth not getting Isolated but practically 100% whey (18g per serving).
Update: The flavor is amazing, to be honest. It really tastes like a dark chocolate drink.

Beyond that, I'm not an expert; maybe the people here criticizing it are right, or maybe they are exaggerating. Do we even know what we generally eat? Νόστιμη, πολύ γλυκιά, σε σημείο που και γω παρά το ότι είμαι γλυκατζού την αραίωνα με έξτρα γάλα εκτός από τα 200 ml της μερίδας. Σε σέικερ διαλύεται αρκετά καλά, και σε γιαούρτι που τη βάζω αφομοιώνεται γρήγορα. Πρόσφατα πήρα και δειγματάκια άλλων γεύσεων και μου άρεσε πολύ το Cookies and Cream, οπότε θα αλλάξω γεύση την επόμενη φορά. Το Cookies and Cream είναι πιο ελαφρύ γευστικά σε σχέση με το Chocolate Toffee, μου θυμίζει milkshake όταν το διαλύω σε γάλα. The best protein. It has a nice taste, mixes well, gives just the right flavor. I got (also) the black biscuit and I put it in pancakes and baked oats, very good. It doesn't taste like oreo and I didn't expect it to, of course, but it really has that deep cookie aroma/taste, so it's enough for me!

Υπέροχη πρωτεϊνη απο άποψη διαλυτότητας και γεύσης (Σοκολάτα). Αλλά...περιέχει trans fat. Αν δείτε την ετικέτα γράφει "partially hydrogenated coconut oil". Για αυτό το λόγο μόνο βάζω 2 αστέρια, κανονικά θα έπρεπε να βάλω 1 γιατί δεν παίζουμε με την υγεία μας ούτε για πλάκα. Αν δεν είχε trans fat θα έδινα ένα καθαρό 5άρι.
My review clearly concerns the Dark chocolate flavor. ATTENTION the protein is 18g per serving, even though it is mentioned above in the description as 21. I checked on the official site and saw that only this particular flavor has less protein (and a bit more fat).
As a flavor, it is incredible, both with water and milk. However, I don't know if at this price it's worth not getting Isolated but practically 100% whey (18g per serving).
Update: The flavor is amazing, to be honest. It really tastes like a dark chocolate drink.

Σαν γεύση είναι αδιανόητη, και σε νερο και σε γαλα. Παρόλαυτα δεν ξέρω αν αξίζει στην τιμή αυτή να μην πάρεις Isolated Αλλα πρακτικα 100% whey (18g ανά μερίδα).

I got tiramisu and I liked it incredibly! Now, as for results, I don't know, I will try it for a month and maybe come back, but as a flavor, the tiramisu is amazing! It doesn't always dissolve well.

It dissolves easily in the blender with water. I really liked the taste. I preferred the salted caramel because it has a creamy density and a very nice taste for me, especially with 1/2 spoon of honey.

Tiramisu was awful, even though I like it as a dessert, they didn't get it right at all, plus it contains caffeine, which I didn't know, and I don't drink coffee. I bought all these supplements at Katerelosfitness.
Now, because I was concerned about some reviews that mention trans fats, I went to the official BiotechUSA website, and it states, in fact twice, that it does not contain trans fats. Beyond that, I'm not an expert; maybe the people here criticizing it are right, or maybe they are exaggerating. Do we even know what we generally eat? Or what other supplements contain that aren't listed? God knows.

I ended up with this protein after trying samples from 2-3 brands. I bought the 500 grams in Chocolate Toffee flavor because I didn't want plain chocolate. Tasty, very sweet, to the point that even I, despite being a sweet tooth, diluted it with extra milk besides the 200 ml of the serving. Νόστιμη, πολύ γλυκιά, σε σημείο που και γω παρά το ότι είμαι γλυκατζού την αραίωνα με έξτρα γάλα εκτός από τα 200 ml της μερίδας. Σε σέικερ διαλύεται αρκετά καλά, και σε γιαούρτι που τη βάζω αφομοιώνεται γρήγορα. Πρόσφατα πήρα και δειγματάκια άλλων γεύσεων και μου άρεσε πολύ το Cookies and Cream, οπότε θα αλλάξω γεύση την επόμενη φορά. Το Cookies and Cream είναι πιο ελαφρύ γευστικά σε σχέση με το Chocolate Toffee, μου θυμίζει milkshake όταν το διαλύω σε γάλα. The best protein. It has a nice taste, mixes well, gives just the right flavor. I got (also) the black biscuit and I put it in pancakes and baked oats, very good. It doesn't taste like oreo and I didn't expect it to, of course, but it really has that deep cookie aroma/taste, so it's enough for me!
