The Wicked Glow Base is a transparent UV base for application on colors or mixing colors for an enhanced effect under UV light. It is best used as a transparent coating on intense, vibrant colors, such as Wicked Fluorescent Colors and white.
The Wicked Glow base produces effects only under ultraviolet / Black light. For colors that glow in the dark after being charged under direct light, use W212 Wicked Transparent Glow in the Dark.
