What are the characteristics of melamine?
A material made from non-toxic substances, it is odorless, environmentally safe, lightweight, with color stability, good gloss, rounded edges, smooth to the touch, good texture, with a traditional porcelain aesthetic.
Heat resistance from -20 °C to +120 °C, low thermal conductivity, self-extinguishing fire protection.
Impact resistance, high surface hardness, does not easily deform, water resistance, good washing resistance, cleaning in a designated dishwasher.
Good corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis, good resistance to grease, acids, alkalis, and various solvents, unaffected by oil, gasoline, and organic solvents.
Cleaning, disinfection, storage:
- Can be cleaned with a designated dishwasher or soft cloth. Do not use powder and brush.
- Prolonged soaking at high temperatures will damage the surface (patterns, etc.). It is recommended to remain in warm water at 30 °C ~ 40 °C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Boiling and disinfection can easily cause product deterioration.
- Select the minimum boiling time if sterilization is required and avoid prolonged boiling.
- After packaging and storage, they should be kept in a cool, dry, ventilated area.
