What are the characteristics of melamine?
A material made from non-toxic substances, with color stability and good glossiness. It features rounded edges, is smooth to the touch, and has a good texture with a traditional porcelain aesthetic.
Heat resistance from -20°C to +120°C, low thermal conductivity, and self-extinguishing fire protection. Resistance to impact and high surface hardness. It does not deform easily and has good wash resistance, being cleanable in a designated dishwasher.
Good resistance to corrosion from acids and alkalis, as well as to grease and various solvents. It is unaffected by oil, gasoline, and organic solvents.
Cleaning, disinfection, storage:
- It can be cleaned with a dishwasher or soft cloth. Do not use powder and brush.
- Prolonged soaking at high temperatures will damage the surface. It is recommended to let it stay for about 15 to 20 minutes in warm water at 30°C~40°C.
- Boiling and disinfection can easily cause alteration of the product. If sterilization by boiling is required, reduce it to a minimum time.
- After packaging and storage, it should be kept in a cool, dry, and ventilated space.
