P85 SILK is equipped with a 360° three-dimensional ventilation system that enables full air recirculation, delivering optimal results in any room, with 4–5 air exchanges per hour.

The air quality is displayed on the unit's screen with color or directly in the AlecoAir app.

• Pre-filter: Captures large dust particles, lint, and pet hair.
• True HEPA Filter (H13): Captures fine dust, mites, pollen, mold spores, bacteria, and viruses. Filters over 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3 microns. The human eye can detect only particles larger than 50–60 microns. Particles smaller than 10 microns can reach the lungs and cause health problems.
• Active Carbon Filter: Eliminates unpleasant odors (cigarette smoke, food smells, etc.) and toxic gases.
• UV-C Technology (wavelength 254 nm): Effectively destroys 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, fungi, or mold.
• Ionic Function: The device releases negative ions that bond with airborne dust and pollutants, making them heavier and easier to capture. A large number of negative ions refreshes the air and supports better brain function.

Filters and UV lamps are consumables – their lifespan depends on usage.

It is recommended to replace the UV-C lamp after approximately 8000 hours. It comes with a 6-month warranty.

The HEPA filter should be replaced when saturated to maintain performance. Replace it after 6–12 months or when:

• It changes color to gray
• The unit emits unpleasant odors (due to re-released particles).
• The airflow is uneven due to local filter blockage.
• The airflow decreases due to filter saturation.
