    It has adhesive tape (along the front and a piece at the back in the center). Installed on tile, it stuck well without moving. At the front, it has a plastic corner underneath to cover the edge of the step.
    It was installed because the dog was slipping on the tile and couldn’t climb up, but we saw that it made going up much easier for us too!
