The sesame seed pasteli bar "To Patroparadoto" 100gr is a traditional, healthy, and nutritious snack, ideal for all-day consumption. It is produced naturally, without preservatives and additives, from sesame seeds, offering all their nutritional benefits.

The production of pasteli by the family dates back to the 18th century, when they began making pasteli as an amateur craft, as it was a tradition at various festivals to have a so-called pastelas who sold his pasteli. This way, the tradition was continued with love from generation to generation.

In 1995, Maria D. Proaki founded the company named "TO PATROPARADOTO," with the appropriate infrastructure and a small range of products. Later, other varieties with the unique flavor and aroma of mastic were added. In 2005, the business became a company under the name MARIA PROAKI & SIA O.E., as new family members joined.

Subsequently, in 2006, the company moved to new, fully equipped facilities of 500 sq.m. Since 2013, the company complies with the ISO 22000:2005 standard, ensuring food quality.

Today, the Proaki brothers produce pure traditional Chian sweets.
