Baking powder color set

The set includes 11 colors, with each jar containing 5 grams:

• White
• Yellow
• Orange
• Red
• Pink
• Light blue
• Brown
• Green
• Black
• Purple
• Dark blue

Color powders have a wide application in all water-soluble uses, suitable for mixtures containing water, such as: creams, jellies, ice cream, doughs, marzipan, cotton candy.

High yield – 5 grams is sufficient for 25-50 kilograms of dough depending on the intensity of the desired color. Easy to use. Tasteless and odorless. With the addition of a few drops of water or alcohol, they can be used for painting. The color powders are highly concentrated colors that allow for deep and intense shades. It's important to remember that their initial powder shade may appear darker – the actual color will show after proper dosage. To achieve the perfect shade, it is recommended to gradually add color in minimal amounts – about the size of a grain of sand. Then, mix well and add more if needed.

The colors come with certifications available upon request.

Note: Due to their strong coloring ability, please dose with a toothpick in minimal amounts.
