Gelatin is primarily used in desserts, with recipes that require it including refreshing fruit jelly desserts, coatings on cookies, as well as recipes for panna cotta, mousse, and cheesecake. It is also used in cold soups and seafood dishes.

How to Use

  • Place the required amount of gelatin sheets in a shallow dish or tray with a flat bottom.
  • Cover the sheets with cold water and let them soak for 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove the sheets from the water and squeeze them to remove excess moisture.
  • Add the sheets to your preparation, ensuring that the temperature is above 35°C.
  • After the gelatin has dissolved, transfer the mixture to the desired container and place it in the refrigerator until set.

Storage
