I chose this sriracha because of its low price. I found it on Skroutz in two versions, with a green and a red sticker, and I picked the "stronger" one with the red. Nevertheless, I found it quite a bit sweeter compared to other srirachas I've tried, and I'm talking about the classic versions, not the hotter ones. It is also more liquid and in taste it gave me an impression almost as if it had a bit of ketchup in it, probably due to the high amount of sugar that confuses its profile.
If someone prefers a milder and sweeter sriracha compared to the traditional ones, it might suit them. Personally, I wouldn't choose it again, unless I find it at a very good offer.
Επέλεξα αυτή τη σριράτσα λόγω της χαμηλής τιμής της. Τη βρήκα στο Skroutz σε δύο εκδόσεις, με πράσινο και με κόκκινο αυτοκόλλητο, και διάλεξα την πιο «δυνατή» με το κόκκινο. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μου φάνηκε αρκετά πιο γλυκιά σε σύγκριση με άλλες σριράτσες που έχω δοκιμάσει, και μιλάω για τις κλασικές εκδόσεις, όχι τις πιο καυτερές. Είναι επίσης πιο ρευστή και σε γεύση μου έδωσε μια εντύπωση σχεδόν σαν να έχει μέσα λίγη κέτσαπ, πιθανότατα λόγω της πολλής ζάχαρης που μπερδεύει το προφίλ της.
Αν κάποιος προτιμά μια πιο mild και πιο γλυκιά σριράτσα σε σχέση με τις παραδοσιακές, ίσως του ταιριάξει. Προσωπικά δεν θα την προτιμήσω ξανά, εκτός αν τη βρω σε κάποια πολύ καλή προσφορά.
