    The mix produces ice cream with a very nice taste. That is the positive. However, I deducted one star (I could have deducted more), because I find it unacceptable nowadays for food products to be sold without a detailed nutritional label, apart from the nominal mention of the ingredients contained. There was no such information on the company's product website and I expected to see it at least on the back of the packaging. It wasn't there either. I contacted the company through the contact form on their website, but they ignored me (it's been about a month since then). I consider this issue quite serious.
