The Blau Aquaristic aquarium accessory produces mist using a 20 mm ceramic ultrasonic disc with a frequency of 1.7 MHz. Mist output is approximately 0.4 liters per hour.
It is made of corrosion-resistant SS 304 stainless steel. For operation, the water sensor must be positioned 0–15 mm above the base, and the unit should be placed in an area inaccessible to animals. The ceramic disc needs to be cleaned of limescale.
