Generally, it is excellent for what it offers and if you have an idea of what to expect from what you are buying. Anyone who thinks that with this they will have a portable "air-condition", is grossly mistaken. They are simply portable little fans that move the air around you into a cooler feeling (at home you will feel it cooler, outside in the sun less so).

On the practical side of things, the 2nd and 3rd speed make quite a bit of noise, so without headphones they are not bearable for very long, although on the other hand, the 3rd speed drains the battery like water, but they charge relatively quickly. Personally, I use them at the gym and they help tremendously, while you can also place them upside down so they blow toward the body, although their design does not allow them to stand very well like that.
