The Petzl PIXA R rechargeable headlamp uses LED lighting and delivers up to 600 lm in BOOST mode, which lasts 10 seconds. CONSTANT LIGHTING technology maintains a steady brightness level, while the wide, mixed and focused beams are suited to close-up tasks, movement and distance. It is designed for professional maintenance, industrial, inspection and rescue work.

The headlamp is waterproof and dust-resistant to a depth of 2 m for 1 hour, and resistant to impacts, drops of up to 2 m, crushing forces of up to 80 kg, and certain chemicals. The rotary knob controls all functions and can also be operated while wearing gloves. It includes a removable CORE PRO rechargeable battery and charging cable; charging is done via three external contact points. The SLOT ADAPT plate is included for mounting on a compatible Petzl professional helmet.
