The Helvia ZEUS 1240CA installation power amplifier operates on 70 V or 100 V constant-voltage lines and on low-impedance lines from 4 to 16 Ω. The line transformer allows you to select the connection mode according to the needs of each zone. It features a volume control, a gain control on the rear panel, LED VU meter and clip indicators, and an HPF with a cutoff frequency of 400 Hz.

The balanced inputs and outputs connect via XLR, while the power outputs use Phoenix (Europlug) connectors. The amplifier includes power-on muting, signal limiting, thermal protection, and current limiting. Cooling is provided by a fan whose speed is controlled according to the internal temperature.
