The Silikomart Mini pastry mould has six round cavities with a raised spiral design for making decorative elements from mousse, cream, ganache or frozen preparations, to place on a tart base. It is made of platinum silicone and is suitable for use in the oven, freezer and microwave.

The set also includes six micro-perforated rings made of non-stick, heat-resistant polymer, for making tart bases with sablée or pâte sucrée dough. Their micro-perforated surface allows hot air to circulate for even baking.
