Usage Instructions: Apply a small amount of the special Glitter glue to a fine brush or cotton swab and design the area where you want to place the Glitter. In the same spot, use a brush or your fingers to apply the Glitter and allow it to dry. Rinse off with water or a gentle facial cleansing product, or even with a makeup remover wipe.
