To choose the correct size: Use a measuring tape. Bend the knee at a 30-degree angle. Measure the circumference 10 cm above and below the kneecap according to the icon. Size M circumference: Point 1 = 28 cm; Point 2 = 34 cm.

Note: The material is flexible and can stretch by 5 cm. Choose the next size up if your measurement is at the upper limit. For better compression, select the smaller size.
