• Versatile: The synthetic substrate can be used for many different applications. It is used as a lining for splints and compression bandages as well as a protective layer beneath plaster and synthetic casts. In wound care, it serves as a lining when combined with fabric dressings or paraffin gauze bandages.
• Soft Cotton Wool: The fine fibrous tissue is dense enough to be applied in a circular manner, but can be gently disassembled where needed and prevents lumping, enhancing comfort during use. The material is also suitable for treating narrow areas of the body, such as the thumb.
• Good Padding for Comfort: The synthetic lining is characterized by air permeability and temperature equilibrium. The fibers do not absorb moisture, thereby reducing setting time.
