Self-adhesive kinesiology tape by Kessler in blue color, dimensions 5 cm x 5 m, designed for muscle and joint support, suitable for use in sports activities or injury rehabilitation.

Features

  • Supports muscle function and joints during exercise or recovery.
  • Helps to relieve pain and swelling after or during activities.
  • May contribute to improved circulation and tissue stability.
  • Designed to mimic the elasticity and thickness of the skin, providing a comfortable fit.
  • Permeable to air and moisture, so it does not easily come off due to sweat.

Material

  • 95% Cotton – breathable, comfortable for the skin.
  • 5% Spandex – provides the necessary elasticity.
  • Hypoallergenic medical-grade adhesive (latex-free).

Instructions for Use

  • Cut the tape to the desired length according to the application area.
  • Apply to clean, dry skin without lotion or oils.
  • Place with slight tension over the muscles or joints that need support.
  • Rub gently to activate the adhesive.
  • Can be used for up to 2–3 days, depending on activity and area.
