The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made from cast aluminum with a thickness of 6mm and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which offers scratch resistance and excellent non-stick properties. This coating, made from mineral particles, combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, preserving the nutritional value of foods.
