Clinofar® isotonic ampoules contain sterile, non-injectable saline solution, without preservatives, and are safe, hygienic, and easy to use.
They are suitable for daily use in multiple applications such as cleaning the nose, eyes, ears, wounds, as well as for inhalations in aerosol therapies.

The saline solution:
• Facilitates feeding and sleep in infants by clearing their nose from mucus that often blocks it.
• Is suitable for nasal cleansing in infants and children who are not yet able to blow their nose properly.
• Promotes the removal of excess nasal secretions and, thanks to its moisturizing action, immediately restores the problem of dryness of the nasal mucosa in children and adults.
• Helps remove crusts and blood residues from the nasal cavity.
Detach one ampoule and open it by twisting the cap.
• For nasal hygiene:
1 - Tilt your head back.
2- Gently place the tip into one nostril and gently squeeze the ampoule.
3 - Repeat the process in the other nostril.
4- Raise your head to an upright position to allow mucus to drain out and then wipe away any excess liquid.
5 - After use, do not blow your nose forcefully for 10 minutes. For optimal removal of nasal secretions, it is recommended to use saline solution in combination with the Clinofar® nasal aspirator.
• For eye hygiene:
1 - Drop a few drops of the solution into each eye, taking care not to touch the surface of the eye with the vial.
2- Wipe away the excess liquid with a sterile gauze.
• For ear cleaning:
For perfect ear hygiene, use the solution to clean dissolved earwax and rinse the external auditory canal after using an ear cleaning solution.
- Rinse the external ear canal with the solution
- Use 1 ampoule for both ears
- Wipe away the excess liquid with a sterile gauze.
• For cleaning wounds & injuries:
1 - Rinse the wound using the entire contents of one ampoule, taking care not to touch the wound with the ampoule.
2- Wipe away the excess liquid only from the uninjured area
• For inhalation via nebulizer:
Follow your doctor's instructions when diluting medicinal preparations for use in a nebulizer and refer to the product's instruction leaflet for more detailed instructions on the use of sodium chloride solution for dilution.
- Do not use the same ampoule for different purposes.
- Each ampoule is single-use and intended for individual use only.
• It can be used daily for nasal and eye washes 1 to 6 times a day, depending on needs.
• Recommended for infants from birth, for children and adults, and also during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- As the product does not contain preservatives, it is important to use the contents of the vial immediately after opening. Discard any vials that are partially used, opened, or damaged, as well as any solution remaining in the nebulizer chamber after use.
• For nasal hygiene: When used in infants, press the vial gently to avoid any risk of middle ear infection.
• For ocular hygiene: Wait 15 minutes before using any other eye product.
• For inhalation via nebulizer: Consult your doctor before first use or in case of respiratory hypersensitivity, severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.
