Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste. It is suitable for coloring:

• buttercream
• gum paste
• icing
• mixture
• cookie dough

The colors can also be mixed to create your own shade. Color 2 pieces of dough separately and then combine them.

Directions for use: Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the jar. For a deeper color, add more color. Knead well for even coloring, knead less for a marble effect. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove the color from your hands.

Notes:

• Suitable for water-based preparations.
• Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
• Maximum usage: 1.64g/100g.
