Authentic, traditional, handmade couscous, made with the traditional Thracian recipe. Couscous is prepared by grinding the dough in a special basin.

It can be a quick, easy, and light meal served with feta cheese or accompany meat or chicken dishes.

• Soft and hard wheat flour
• Eggs
• Cow's milk
• Salt
• Turmeric

Produced in the Cave of Northern Evros by the Women's Cooperative GAIA, which operates under the HACCP and ISO22000 systems. The packaging contains 250 g.
