I put it in a wood stove on the combustion door and on the ash door. This one on the combustion door did not withstand, it burned on the third day, but the one on the ash door lasted. However, for as long as it lasted, I used less wood and the burning lasted longer.
My stove has a small depth in the combustion area, 25cm, so the flame is very close to the door. Yes, it does the job, it reduces the airflow, almost like having an energy-efficient stove, the wood burns slower. Even with what remained on the ash door, it does the job.
I would recommend trying it, after all, it is not very expensive. I bought it because the doors had a large gap.
I cannot give it a star, but not even five. I will upload photos soon. In the photo, it is visible, as soon as it burns, it turns white.

Το έβαλα σε ξυλόσομπα στην πόρτα καύσης και στο πορτακι της στάχτης. Αυτό στην πόρτα καύσης δεν άντεξε κάηκε στην τρίτη μέρα, αυτό στην πόρτα της στάχτης άντεξε. Άλλα για όσο άντεξε και λιγότερα ξύλα έβαζα και περισσότερη διάρκεια είχε η καύση.
Η δικιά μου σόμπα έχει μικρό βάθος στο χώρο καύσης 25εκ. όποτε και η φλόγα είναι πολύ κοντά στην πόρτα.
Ναι κάνει δουλειά μειώνει την ροή αέρα, σχεδόν θα είχα μια ενεργειακή σόμπα,τα ξύλα καίγονται πιο αργά.
Έστω και με αυτό που έμεινε στην πόρτα της στάχτης κάνει δουλειά.
Θα το πρότεινα να το δοκιμάσετε άλλωστε δεν είναι πολύ ακριβό.
Εγώ το αγόρασα γιατί τα πορτακια είχαν μεγάλο κενό,
Δεν μπορώ να βάλω ένα αστέρι αλλά ούτε πέντε.
