Basic Features
Wood Selection & Historic Long Tenon Construction
The guitar body follows the 1967 geometric designs precisely, using selected solid mahogany (Solid Lightweight Mahogany) with no internal weight-relief cavities. This choice ensures rich harmonic content and consistent tonal clarity. The neck is joined to the body with a deep Long Neck Tenon and organic hot hide glue (Hide Glue). This technique maximizes the wood-to-wood contact area, allowing string vibrations to transfer freely throughout the body and preventing losses in acoustic energy.
Authentic '67 C-Shape Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard
The neck is shaped to the authentic Authentic '67 Medium C-Shape profile, offering a comfortable grip with a consistent thickness that makes both fast runs and chord playing easier. The fingerboard is made from a single piece of Indian rosewood (Indian Rosewood) with a 12" (304.8 mm) radius, and features 22 Authentic Medium-Jumbo frets that have been digitally leveled using the Plek Pro process for consistent, buzz-free action.
Custombucker Pickups & Maestro Vibrola Hardware
The instrument is equipped with two Custombucker pickups with Alnico III magnets, unpotted and designed to deliver the dynamic response and harmonic richness of authentic PAF pickups. The electronics feature traditional wiring with CTS 500k Audio Taper potentiometers and Paper-in-Oil capacitors. The hardware includes the classic Maestro Vibrola vibrato system with an engraved lyre cover, providing smooth pitch variation. The nickel-plated brass ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge works with Kluson Double Ring tuners to ensure tuning stability and precise intonation.
