The solar collector is in a spot where you have to place it upside down for it to make sense. I don't think it does much work. Generally, I charge it often at the socket. I also found a problem with the TV compatibility, but I don't know if it's the TV's fault or the remote's. Every morning, to turn on the TV, I first have to press the back+play buttons for 3 seconds and then the on/off. The TV notifies about connecting to a new remote. After that, everything is fine.
