Finally, a 300 Hz 1440p monitor at 25 inches. Ideal for me, since the 27-inch ones make me dizzy and give me headaches (proven) when gaming. Very relaxing and with amazing clarity. Better than OLED for office applications (programming, Excel, etc.).

I switched to this from a simple 60hz monitor. I've had it for a month, so far everything is fine. The buttons are awkward to use as with most AOC monitors. The HDR is probably useless, although I'm not an expert in its settings. I use it at 240hz on the second overdrive level with somewhat weak hardware (rtx-2060). There is a detailed review with pros and cons on the YouTube channel TotallydubbedHD. Overall, it's worth the 260 euros and it's the only option in the 24.5" 1440p size.
