The stompbox is a simple percussion musical instrument that allows the simultaneous performance of drums and guitar without the need for a drum machine. The TAP stomp boxes are designed in flat surface boxes, making them easy to use both when standing and sitting.
Made from special plywood with slices of American Ash wood, the stompbox features an excellent sensor (single & double) that produces a percussive sound in the frequency ranges of a kick drum. This allows the performer to create a simple rhythmic accompaniment to their playing.
The TAP stompboxes have a ¼ "jack output, which can be connected to any subwoofer, PA, or EQ. It is also possible to connect to a guitar amplifier, with settings for tone and volume.
