The GBH 18V-28 DC Professional is Bosch’s powerhouse in the D-handle rotary hammer category: It delivers powerful performance, even stronger than the corded GBH 2-28, with its brushless motor, providing an impact energy of 3.4 J and an optimized power-to-weight ratio of 1.1 J/kg. For very comfortable dust-free drilling, the additional and extremely lightweight GDE 28 D Professional dust extractor can be easily connected, featuring a filter cleaning mechanism for consistent suction power. In addition, the GBH 18V-28 DC offers Vibration Control and KickBack Control, which detect sudden loss of tool control. For example, if a drill bit jams, it immediately shuts off the rotary hammer to minimize injuries to hands and arms.

Equipment and application

This rotary hammer is perfect for impact drilling in concrete, stone, and masonry, and thanks to the closed handle (D) design, it is ideal for vertical and downward drilling. Additionally, the GBH 18V-28 DC is compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V batteries and chargers (Professional 18V System). It is also compatible with AMPShare, the multi-brand battery alliance.
