The GU Energy Gel is a concentrated form of carbohydrates in gel form, containing vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and a blend of herbs. It comes in a small, individual, and easy-to-carry 32-gram package.

• Carbohydrates: GU uses two sources of carbohydrates (85% maltodextrin and 15% fructose), providing about 22-23 grams of carbohydrates per gel.
• Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA): It contains 6 times more BCAAs than any other energy gel, helping with mental focus and muscle recovery.
• Electrolytes: Each GU Energy Gel contains 50-60mg of sodium, with some flavors offering 125mg of sodium.
• Caffeine: Some flavors contain 20mg of caffeine from green tea extract, while others provide 40mg for an extra boost.
