Dietary supplement with alkaline protease and Aspergillus oryzae

VioGenesis Serraprozyme is a dietary supplement that contains the proteolytic enzyme alkaline protease and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae. Aspergillus oryzae, also known as Koji, is a filamentous fungus used for producing fermented foods and for the production of enzymes.

The alkaline protease provides 300,000 units of enzymatic activity. Proteases are hydrolytic enzymes that act as biocatalysts for the breakdown of proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids, facilitating their absorption by the body.

Recommended dosage: 1 gastro-resistant capsule per day with a little water.

Ingredients:

• Key ingredients: alkaline protease (enteric-coated), Aspergillus oryzae
• Other ingredients: acacia fiber (arabic gum), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, pectin, arabic gum, glycerin, water

Active Ingredients / per 1 capsule:

• Alkaline Protease: 125 mg (provides 300,000 units of enzymatic activity of serrapeptase)
• Aspergillus oryzae: 100 mg (2 x 10⁹ CFU)
