A modern mobile charger will probably be OK, but not all are that powerful, with the possibility of overheating or worse. I used one with 33 W. As for the light, the two arrays together side by side provide PAR, at a distance of 15 cm from the plant, about 80-100 μmol photons m-2 s-1 maximum. These levels are very satisfactory light (perhaps even more than necessary) for shade plants (like many indoor plants, most orchids, etc.). However, for larger plants or plants that require high light intensities, it may not be sufficient as the only lighting. It goes without saying that we operate both the red and the blue LEDs. Although there is the option to activate only the red or only the blue LEDs, in most cases, plants grow satisfactorily only with the combination of both. The intensity is adjustable (ten levels). The built-in timer works as it should. However, if the power supply is interrupted, it gets reset and needs to be reconfigured.
