• Cutting edge: central and sharp, with a tight fit at the base of the handle.
• Handle: ergonomic, smooth, and with a shiny or matte finish, suitable for a good grip.
• Blade hardness: 750 to 850 HV, with a minimum hardness of 500 HV for the rest of the blade.
• Sterilization: gamma radiation, expiration date 5 years after sterilization.
