Description & Specifications

Barley Heraklion (Hordeum Vulgare)

Barley seeds have excellent nutritional properties. Barley is rich in phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, and vitamin PP. Barley sprouts are ideal for consumption with fruit juices, rice, soy milk, yogurt, or can be added to soups.

Vitamins: A, B1, B5, B6, B12, C, E, K

Minerals: Ca, Fe, Mg, P, K

Cultivation: Soak the seeds in water overnight. Keep them moist in a container, spraying them 2-3 times a day. When they sprout roots, spread them on moist soil to grow and become barley grass. They need 3-12 days to fully develop, up to almost 20 centimeters.

General Information: Sprouted seeds contain many nutrients and enzymes that facilitate absorption by the human body. Sprouting activates dormant nutrients, allowing easier absorption and higher nutritional value.
