After thoroughly rinsing the barrel and removing any sludge, you can begin disinfecting. Boil the amount of water corresponding to the number of BARIL A tablets you will use. Add the hot water to the barrel and then add the number of BARIL A tablets after turning them into powder. Shake the barrel well to dissolve the tablet. Turn it every quarter of an hour. The minimum time for the solution to stay in the barrel is 3 hours. After this period, empty the contents. If the tablet solution comes out very dark, with many impurities, you will repeat the process in the same way. Proper disinfection has occurred when the BARIL A solution comes out reddish after washing. Then rinse the barrel with a little cold water.

Add the corresponding ratio of water to your barrel's capacity. Powder the BARIL B that you need. Shake the barrel and leave the solution for a quarter of an hour on each side. Empty the contents and rinse with a little water. Once the barrel drains, you can fill it with must or wine.
