I don't know what makes me insist on buying these shoes! The 6s, although they didn't tear the fabric due to a different material, developed holes in the inner lining. Not to mention the sole underneath, which wore out just from walking. The 4s and 5s lasted about two years even though I used them for running, but these didn't even last a year. It's a shame for the 120 euros I spent; I got much less quality this time.

The shoe is exactly what it says: waterproof. That was the reason I bought it. I haven't tried it on a mountain or for running. Comfortable, relatively light, and warm. Perhaps the only negative, and that's why the 4 stars, is that the mesh fabric covering the shoe gets dirty easily.

The shoe is excellent as long as you know what you intend to use it for. It is clearly for technical trails, for mud, snow, and forest paths. In such terrains, it excels, having incredible grip. On asphalt or dirt roads, it is a difficult shoe due to its relatively stiff nature, mainly at the front. The back is indeed stiff compared to other shoes but has good energy return. Due to its stiffness, it offers very good stabilization for the foot. In summary, the shoe is meant for difficult routes and short to medium-length trails. For longer trail distances (over 20km), prefer something softer.

I have been buying Salomon shoes for 10 years now. These ones turned out to be a big failure. The sole wears out in 4 months. Just everyday walking from home to work.... And they are very warm. They are not suitable for summer.

In front, it has plastic on the inside in front of the fingers and it is in a very tight fit... maybe one size larger would be ideal...

Lighter than the previous ones with less fabric-latex-cotton. The laces are very long and probably need to be cut.
