Aromatic Strawberry Paste 200g

The Le Supreme aromatic paste is ideal for flavoring creams and fillings, creating ice cream flavors, and for any preparation that demands an authentic quality taste.

Characteristics:

• Baking Stability: Developed for optimal performance at baking temperatures.
• High Flavor Concentration: Perfect for cakes, ganache, macarons, cupcakes, sponge cakes, ice creams, and yogurts.
• Ingredients: Inverted sugar syrup, strawberries, glucose syrup, sugar, citric acid, flavors, thickening agents, colorants (E122, E129).
• Allergens: May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk, and nuts.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. After opening, it may remain outside the refrigerator under proper conditions.

Recommended Use: Mix well before use. Approximately 120g of paste is needed per 1kg of solid mixtures and about 100g per 1 liter for liquids.
