The Concept ZH0040 canning device allows for the canning of foods such as fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, meat, jams, and sweets. It can also be used for making juices, cooking, and preserving beverages, sauces, and soups, as well as for sterilizing homemade cider or melting honey.
The device features a plastic rod that is placed at the bottom of the container during the canning process and can accommodate up to 11 jars of 720 ml or 34 jars of 370 ml.
It is fully automatic with two control buttons for adjusting the temperature (30°C – 100°C) and time (1 – 120 minutes or continuous operation). The settings are displayed on the LCD screen with an audible alert when the program is complete.
The device has thermally insulated handles and an overheating safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the container in case of dangerous overheating.
