The Creality K1 Series CFS Upgrade Kit enables compatible printers to perform multicolor 3D printing with the CFS system. It includes a new extruder with a cutter and filament runout sensor, as well as components for quick connection to the CFS. It supports automatic RFID filament recognition, automatic filament switching, and filament feeding.

  • Compatibility: Creality K1, K1 Max, K1C, K1 SE
  • Nozzle: Integrated
  • Use: Multicolor 3D printing with CFS
  • Extruder: With cutter and filament runout sensor
  • Filament recognition: Automatic via RFID
  • Filament switching: Automatic
  • Firmware update: Using the included USB drive during the upgrade; subsequent updates can be performed via OTA
  • Print volume with CFS: 220 x 215 x 250 mm for K1, K1C, and K1 SE; 300 x 295 x 300 mm for K1 Max
  • Print volume with spool holder: Remains unchanged
  • USB port: Remains functional but is occupied during the upgrade process
  • PTFE tube: Must be positioned vertically on the printer, preventing the top cover from closing completely; incorrect alignment may cause friction or feeding issues
  • Nozzle compatibility: Not compatible with separate-type nozzles
