Chip Features (NE555):

• When not connected to power, the unit state is "NO" [normally open], CB and COM are conductive. CK and COM are not conductive.
• When connected to power, delay 0-10s, the unit will be in "NC" [normally closed] state, CB and COM are not conductive, CK and COM are conductive.
