In the board game Zombie Dice, you play as a living dead trying to collect more brains than any other zombie. The 13 special dice represent your victims. You need to take risks to eat their brains, but you must stop rolling before the shotgun blasts end your turn. The first player to collect 13 brains wins.
Each game lasts from 10 to 20 minutes and can be learned in a single round. On each turn, you draw three dice from the cup and roll them. A brain symbol scores one point at the end of the turn, while steps allow you to re-roll that specific die. Shotgun blasts are bad because if you accumulate three shotgun blasts during your turn, the game ends for you and you score no points. After rolling the three dice, you can decide whether to record your current collection of brains or risk taking new dice to have three again and roll again.
