The professional electric grinder Mignon Perfetto from the Italian brand Eureka is suitable for the HoReCa industry and for home use. The device preserves the aromas and essential oils of the coffee, offering fresh and aromatic coffee ready for preparation. Made from high-quality materials and handcrafted by artisans, the grinder features a coffee bean container with a capacity of up to 300 grams, sealed airtight to maintain aromas and prevent accidents.

Simple operation and touch screen
Operation is extremely easy: adjust the grind level from fine to coarse, select the mode - continuous operation, single dose, double dose - and the coffee will be ground directly into the portafilter or a container. All this is done with a simple touch of the touch screen.

Thanks to the adjustable grind level, you can grind from fine to coarse, creating the ideal coffee, from espresso to French press or Turkish coffee. The grind level can be adjusted using the rotary knob located next to the base of the bowl.

If you wish to remove the portafilter earlier, before the time is up, the device will stop. By replacing the portafilter, the grinder will continue the process until it is completed.
